What I liked

Good hands-on exposure to residential and mid-rise projects at Vijay Nirman Company. Supportive site manager, clear safety procedures, and a lot of on-the-job learning — helped me improve technical and project-management skills quickly.

Areas for improvement

Salary is slightly below market for experienced engineers and appraisal cycles are slow. During peak phases there are long days and a lot of paperwork which can be tiring.
