What I liked
Open-source ethos and an engineering-first culture. Flexible remote work, frequent tech talks, and freedom to experiment with new features.
Areas for improvement
Decision cycles can be slow at times and some internal documentation/onboarding for less-used modules needs improvement.

Excellent training and onboarding for the product. Support team is friendly, and the user community is very active which helps resolve issues fast.
Areas for improvement
Occasional weekend on-call shifts and salary is average compared to similar roles in the region. Promotion path could be clearer.
