Production Supervisor Review
What I liked
Stable shifts, clear SOPs, emphasis on safety and environmental compliance. Good teamwork on the shop floor and predictable payroll.
Areas for improvement
During peak orders you work long hours; plant infrastructure in some areas needs upgrades. Training for digital tools could be better.
Senior Chemist Review
What I liked
Strong focus on lab safety and quality, modern analytical instruments, supportive manager who encourages training and publications. Good cross-functional collaboration with production and QA.
Areas for improvement
Internal documentation can be heavy and approvals sometimes slow down small experiments. Career progression is steady but not very fast.

What I liked
Decent product portfolio and loyal customers in speciality chemicals. Good support from the technical team for customer queries and samples.
Areas for improvement
Targets can be aggressive with slow commission payouts sometimes. Communication between HQ and regional sales needs improvement. Work-life balance suffers during month-end.
