What I liked
Good opportunities to lead small cross-functional teams and launch features for our EV control systems. Senior leadership is approachable and there are structured product workshops.
Areas for improvement
Company culture can feel a bit informal and process-light at times; communication between engineering and sales needs improvement. Work-life balance dipped during roadmap freezes.

What I liked
Hands-on engineering work, clear shop-floor processes, regular training sessions and mentorship from senior engineers. Good exposure to vehicle systems and rapid prototyping.
Areas for improvement
Compensation is slightly below market for experienced hires. During product launches there are long hours on the production line.
