What I liked
Strong engineering culture, exciting work on Li Auto's intelligent driving features, supportive manager and well-funded product teams. Stock option program and internal tech talks helped me grow fast.
Areas for improvement
Occasional crunch before major releases and some cross-team coordination can be slow. Internal tooling could be improved.

Clear safety procedures, hands-on learning in EV production, good investment in training and equipment. You feel the company's growth every month.
