The company invests in training (technical workshops and software courses) which helped me grow from junior to lead on small projects. Hybrid work policy makes balancing site visits and office work easier. Good team culture — people are cooperative and open to feedback.

Areas for improvement

Salary growth is a bit slow compared to the market and annual increments can be modest. During peak deliveries you may have long hours and tight timelines. Some processes still involve heavy paperwork which can be streamlined.
