What I liked
Supportive engineering culture, flexible hybrid schedule, meaningful ownership of projects, good RSU/stock program and clear technical roadmap.
Areas for improvement
Onsite days can get meeting-heavy and occasionally product priorities shift quickly, which can be frustrating.
