What I liked

At Farbe Firma Private Limited the team is small and collaborative — you get real ownership of features and the design leadership actively mentors junior designers. Flexible hours and the option to work from home a few days a week help with work-life balance. There are good opportunities to learn new tools and lead cross-functional projects.

Areas for improvement

Compensation is a bit below market for Bengaluru and formal HR processes (appraisals, raises) can be slow. During product launches we sometimes pull long hours. As the company grows, I hope they standardize career paths and pay bands.
