What I liked
Good tech stack and ownership of features, supportive team leads, flexible hybrid policy, regular tech talks and mentorship programs. Media.net provides solid exposure to adtech systems and a clear product roadmap.
Areas for improvement
Compensation is slightly below top market rates, performance review cycle can be slow, occasional bureaucracy which slows decision making, sprint crunches at times.
