What I liked

Strong product and brand in cybersecurity which makes selling and supporting customers easier. Good onboarding, regular training, and solid benefits in the US office. Colleagues are helpful and knowledgeable.

Areas for improvement

Communication between US and European teams can be slow; decisions often come from HQ which caused occasional frustration. Busy periods around product launches require longer hours.

What I liked

Areas for improvement

Salary is slightly below market for senior roles in some regions. Promotion cycles can be slow and there is some bureaucracy in cross-team decisions.
